Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the QRScan app ("App") developed by Draco Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms (App Store Terms of Service).

2. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the App.

3. User-scanned or user-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content you scan, create, or share through the App. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party QR codes/barcodes you scan using the App, including malicious or inappropriate links.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including its source code, design, icons, and the "QRScan" brand, is owned by Draco Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draco Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Draco Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
